Kelly Mann
Chair
Kelly Mann is a retired sport administrator with a distinguished career spanning decades in the Canadian sport system. She served as President and CEO of the BC Games Society, overseeing the organization of multi-sport events across British Columbia.
Kelly is a BC Sports Hall of Fame inductee in the Builders category, recognized for her outstanding contributions to the development and promotion of sport in the province. Her deep understanding of sport governance and athlete development makes her an invaluable leader for 94 Forward.

John MacMillan
President
John MacMillan has served as President of 94 Forward since 2007, bringing nearly two decades of leadership to the organization. Before joining 94 Forward, John was a high-performance coach with the National Rugby Centre and served with the Canadian Men's National Rugby Team, including at the 2003 Rugby World Cup.
John is a BC Sports Hall of Fame inductee in the Builders category and a recipient of the Community Achievement Award from the Province of British Columbia. Under his leadership, 94 Forward has expanded its programming across multiple sports and built partnerships with national sport organizations including Triathlon Canada, Cycling Canada, and Athletics Canada.

Dr. Liz Ashton
Director
Dr. Liz Ashton brings a unique combination of academic leadership and elite athletic experience to the 94 Forward board. She served as President of Camosun College from 1994 to 2009, leading one of British Columbia's largest post-secondary institutions.
As a three-time Olympian in equestrian, Liz competed at the highest level of international sport. She won a silver medal at the Pan American Games in 1975 and a gold medal at the World Championships in 1978. Her firsthand understanding of what it takes to compete at the world stage informs her work with 94 Forward.

Gerald Hartwig
Director
Gerald Hartwig is a respected local businessman and real estate developer with deep roots in the Victoria community. His business acumen and community connections support 94 Forward's operations and growth in the Capital Regional District.
Gerald's commitment to Victoria's development extends beyond business into community building, and his involvement with 94 Forward reflects his belief in the power of sport to strengthen communities.

Chelsea Kittleson
Director
Chelsea Kittleson serves as Executive Director of British Columbia's Municipal Pension Plan, one of the province's major institutional investment funds. She is a CFA charterholder, bringing rigorous financial expertise to the 94 Forward board.
Chelsea's professional background in institutional investment management is directly relevant to 94 Forward's stewardship of the Commonwealth Games legacy fund, helping ensure the fund continues to grow while supporting high-performance sport.

Cody McMullin
Director
Cody McMullin is an Investment Counsellor with RBC Phillips, Hager & North, one of Canada's leading investment management firms. He holds both CPA and CFA designations, bringing a depth of financial and accounting expertise to the board.
Cody's expertise in portfolio management and financial planning supports 94 Forward's mission to preserve and grow the legacy fund while directing resources to high-performance athlete development.

Julianne Zussman
Director
Julianne Zussman is one of Canada's most accomplished rugby players, earning 44 international caps and representing Canada at three Rugby World Cups. She won a silver medal at the 2014 Rugby World Cup and went on to referee at the Tokyo Olympics.
Beyond her athletic career, Julianne works with Abuse-Free Sport, contributing to athlete welfare and safe sport in Canada. She serves double duty at 94 Forward as both a board director and a member of The Formidables, the organization's elite athlete mentorship group.
